CORPORATE MEMPHIS
For this project I was given the task of creating a poster and gif based on the issue of social media/phone addiction. During this process I was exploring art styles primarily that of corporate memphis and similar styles to it. The corporate memphis design was meant to invoke a sense of modernity as this style is associated with major corporations as well as tech and phones. With this style being so prevalent in recent years it made sense to utilize it for this project.
Concept Sheet
When creating this poster and gif I tried to focus on the style of corporate memphis. Utilizing simple geometric shapes and forms as well as vibrant but eye catching colors. I was able to create a sheet showcasing the main parts of this art style for the project.
